Client Scenario.


Client’s leadership needed a Quality Review Audit of the current SAP Implementation which had been underway for a duration of two years. Symptoms of excessive budget overruns, consistently missed deadlines and project team unrest created severe doubt and credibility issues for Madden senior management . 

RGC was hired as interim CIO to do a SAP Quality Review, Assess the state of runaway SAP Project and an IT Organization Assessment. Additional RGC was tasked with establishing a new agenda for the Executive Technology Steering Committee. 



RGC Results. 

RGC leadership conducted a comprehensive due diligence process to assess the overall health of the SAP project, which included documentation reviews, interviews of key personnel, analysis of project spend, business process review, evaluation of consulting partner effectiveness and understanding the magnitude of go-live “gap-to-close.

RGC helped to redefine the client's IT Strategy for next 2 – 3 years to support the client's goals. This required developing and executing a process to select new IT leadership and restructuring of the IT organization with strategies to increase productivity. 

RGC created new IT Governance and framework for the client's portfolio of IT projects.
