Client Situation.
A recent consolidation of two former Supply Chain Management leaders, challenged to convince its board of directors to invest in a multi-million dollar SAP implementation. RGC leadership was engaged to provide guidance for business case development and technology selection analysis. Upon board approval, the RGC engagement was extended to lead the delivery of global standard business processes based on the SCOR supply chain model and a streamlined technology architecture (hardware and software).
RGC Results.
RGC approved business case designed to drive $14MM in on-going operational efficiency savings. This involved creating a global, standard business process template adopted by client leadership for 40 worldwide locations.
RGC assisted in establishing a streamlined Global Technology Architecture including a standard portfolio of strategic business applications. In addition, RGC (fill) a centralized and secured data center located in Singapore.
RGC outlined a process to direct all SAP RICEF and ePortal development , data loads/conversion /verification and custom reporting performed in India.
